To request service for your London Decca cartridge, please complete the work order form below. This ensures we receive all the information needed to evaluate your cartridge and prevents delays in the service process.

Before sending your cartridge:

• Please submit this form rather than emailing a service request.

• Allow up to 10 days after we receive your cartridge for an evaluation and service estimate.

• A USD $150 diagnostic fee is required.

• Typical service time is approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on the work required.

• Once you approve the estimate, we will send you an invoice.

• When shipping your cartridge, please include your name, phone number, and return address inside the package so we can correctly match it with your service request.
