International Shipping - ( Worldwide which includes the USA )
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping of your product. Remember these items are all made by hand. We ship from the UK.
If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed in shipment, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipping Rates
At London Decca, we prioritize your experience by managing shipping costs.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Currently, we provide shipping exclusively to addresses within the U.S. and its territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes London Decca is not liable for any customs duties or taxes associated with your order. Any fees imposed during or after the shipping process are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs and taxes).
Damages London Decca cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during the shipping process. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Ensure that you retain all packaging materials and the damaged items before filing a claim.
